After registering the company, the next important task would be to open bank accounts. The HKSAR Government does not strictly require companies to open bank accounts. Based on their needs, companies can decide whether or not to open one or more bank accounts. Our company can assist you in many ways. |
Local accounts: Accounts at local bank in Hong Kong |
Offshore accounts: Accounts at banks outside Hong Kong, such as Shanghai, Germany and United States. |

Customers should provide the following: |
- Originals of the identification documents of directors;
- Original of business registration certificate;
- Original of registration certificate;
- Original of Memorandum and Articles of Association (M & A) (in English);
- Company chops;
- Original of minutes;
- Documents for opening accounts (signed by accountant)

To safeguard the interests of shareholders, banks require all directors to sign at the bank in person, regardless of the nature of account (local/offshore). |
