Company Registration in Samoa

Convenient Management
  • Companies can move in or ou of Samoa conveniently and effectively;

Corporate Requirements
  • One or more shareholder aged 18 or above, with a valid passport

  • Details of director and secretary are not required;
  • Registered office situated in Samoa;
  • No stamp duty;
  • USD 800 of annual maintenance fee

Company can register for 1 year, 5 years, 10 years or 20 years in advance with substantial discounts.

Name of Company
  • Chinese name can be registered with an additional charge of USD 200;
  • Namesin other foreign languages are permitted;
  • Must include "Limited" or its short form

Memorandum and Articles of Association (M & A)
  • Can be formulated in Chinese
  • A standard M & A can be provided by our company, or clients can formulate for their own;
  • Can be flexibly amended after registration

Share capital
  • No minimum requirements
  • All monetary units can be used
  • Shares can be sold in different types (e.g. bearer shares), with or without denominations.

Opening Bank Accounts
