- One or more shareholder for company limited;
- 2 or more shareholders for limited liability company (LLC);
- One or more directors for company limited;
- 3 or more directors for LLC;
- A manager (can be a foreign natural person) and a supervisor;
- At least TWD 500,000 of capital for company limited;
- At least TWD 1,000,000 of capital for LLC

- 5 names of company (in preferential order);
- Valid identification documents of shareholders;
- Details of shareholders and directors (both domestic and foreign);
- Share allocation;
- Address of company;
- Details of place of business operation;
- Relevant documents on foreign remittance;
- Business and capital utilization plan;
- Statement of estimated production and sales

The company can appoint an attorney in ROC, who should be a natural person. The following documents are required:- Authenticated Power of Attorney (with Chinese translation);
- Copy of valid identification document of attorney

- 5 names of company (in preferential order);
- Business plan including background of company, current situation, scope of business and future plan;
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (M & A) and license of parent company (authenticated with Chinese translation);
- Authenticated minutes of meetings of shareholders or directors, clearly stating the request for establishing branch company and the capital to be invested into branch office (with Chinese translation);

- May of may not be a natural person;
- No requirement on nationality and residency;
- Authenticated Power of Attorney (with Chinese translation) is required

- Must be a local resident;
- Can also be the attorney;

HKD 32,000 including official registration fee and our company's service charges. |
60% of the total fees as deposit, and the balance should be settled upon issue of company registration certificate. |
