| There are two choices of establishing a limited company in Hong Kong: Purchasing an existing company and establishing a brand-new company. The following focuses on the latter one. |

| Registering a Brand-New Hong Kong Company |
|
| To establish a new limited company in Hong Kong, clients must first fix the name of the company (either in English or Chinese or both), and determine the registered capital. After we confirm the availability of the name given, clients would have to provide further information which we required. The entire process takes about 10 working days to complete. |

| Corporate Requirements |
- One or more shareholder aged 18 or above, of any nationality. Corporate shareholder is permitted. Details of the shareholder has to be registered with the Companies Registry;
- One or more director aged 18 of above, of any nationality. If the director is a company, there has to be a spare natural person acting as another director. Details of the director has to be registered at the Companies Registry for the convenience of public enquiry. The shareholder and director can be the same person;
- Valid identification documents (e.g. copy of identification card or passport) or company registration certificates of all shareholders;
- Registered office address in Hong Kong (can be provided by our company);
- Authorized person or company in Hong Kong as the company's statutory secretary;

| Fees |
| The fee we charge for registering a Hong Kong limited company is HKD 5,120 excluding the official annual business registration fee. |

| 3. Memorandum and Articles of Association (M & A) (30 sets) |
| 4. Share certificates (30 pages) |

It takes 6 working days to issue the company registration certificate. The company kit (including company shares, M & A, etc.) will be available in approximately 4 days after the issue of certificate. |

| Taxation Services |
| All income originated from Hong Kong must be taxed. Company limited registered in Hong Kong must render the profit tax assessment form and audited financial report to the Inland Revenue Department, so as to decide how much the company has to pay for taxes.
